All the characters shown here are recorded, voiced, developed, designed and drawn by me, 100% originally. The only thing that wasn't done by me was their oto.ini and configuration, which was done by the lovely Altair, the creator of the fantastic UTAUs Hoko Kuroda, Lambda Aria and Aether Koe. Props!
SHINJITSU KAIKA / 真実開花
Shinjitsu Kaika was my first UTAU made, and continues to be updated to this day. She appears to be a 17 year old teenage girl when she's actually thousands of years old.
VOICEBANKS
Kaika has an ACT1 monopitch CV, which crashes often, is very low quality, and recorded with a laptop microphone. It has a range of C4-B4. It has never been publicly distributed. It is capable of romaji CV input.
Kaika has an ACT2 monopitch CV, which is slightly better but has suspiciously empty "gu" and "ke" files. She is glitchy, too, but is better than the ACT1. This voicebank is very clear, and was recorded with a Digital2 smartphone microphone. It has a range of F3-A#5. It is being publicly distributed. It is capable of romaji and hiragana CV input.
Kaika has an ACT3 monopitch VCV with more pitches to come soon. It is generally high quality, but has choppy vowels, which will hopefully be improved in the future. It has a clear, strong tone. It currently has a range of B3-D5, but will be improved on soon. It was recorded with an audio-technica ATR4750 microphone, and is not being currently distributed, though distribution will start once all the pitched are finished. At this time, ACT2 will be discontinued. It is only capable of hiragana VCV input.
You can hear the comparison of ACT1, ACT2 and ACT3 here.

TSUBASA RIZUMU / 翼リズム
Tsubasa Rizumu was my second UTAU, and only has one voicebank currently. She is presented as a 15 year old teenage girl, when she's actually hundreds of years old (a bit younger than Kaika.) She is Kaika's adoptive sister.
VOICEBANKS
Rizumu has an ACT1 monopitch CV voicebank, clear but similar to Kaika's voice, with a slightly higher pitch and a lighter, freer tone. It generally works well, and was recorded with a Digital2 Smartphone microphone. It is being publicly distributed. Its range is F#3-A#4 and it is capable of romaji or hiragana CV input.
You can hear her initial demo reel here.
